Innovations such as computer-guided implant surgery, digital workflow integration, immediate implant placement, flapless surgery, dynamic navigation systems, robotic-assisted implantology, and advanced biomaterials have revolutionized implant treatment protocols. This review examines contemporary advancements in dental implant surgery techniques, evaluates their clinical applications and outcomes, and explores future trends shaping implant dentistry. The findings indicate that technological integration has significantly enhanced surgical precision, reduced complications, shortened treatment times, and improved patient satisfaction. However, challenges related to cost, training requirements, and technological accessibility remain important considerations for widespread adoption.
