Purpose

The Journal is committed to promoting the widest possible dissemination of scholarly research through an open access publishing model. All published articles are made freely and permanently available online without subscription or access barriers, enabling researchers, educators, students, practitioners, and the public to benefit from the published work.

All articles published by the Journal are licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution–NonCommercial–NoDerivatives 4.0 International (CC BY-NC-ND 4.0) License. Author Copyright
